Terms of Use

Using your account

Wrap-out is a production-organization prototype for adults authorized to work with the information they add. Sign-in uses your Wrap-out account through Supabase. Keep your sign-in account secure, use accurate contact information and share project access only with people who should receive it. Choose a unique Wrap-out password. Use Forgot password to reset your Wrap-out password. Your mailbox password is separate and should never be uploaded or shared.

Project permissions

The creator controls project membership and financial visibility. A valid access code grants editing access to its project, while private financial access is managed separately. A code expires and can be revoked before use. Anyone can sign up, but signing up does not grant access to other people’s productions. Product-owner access provides administrative control within the app; it does not transfer ownership of the hosting account or a domain.

Your content and other people’s information

You retain your rights to uploaded content. You give Wrap-out permission to store, process, display and export it only as needed to provide the workspace and the features you choose. You must have the rights and authority to upload content, share call sheets, add crew or talent details and grant access. Respect confidentiality, copyright and other people’s privacy. Do not upload passwords, unlawful material or information unrelated to the production.

Human review is part of the workflow

Check extracted invoice amounts, names, tax fields and duplicate matches against the originals. Verify call sheets, locations, weather and emergency information before issuing them. The app records payment status; it does not transfer money or prove that a payment cleared. A crew profile, booking label or credits record does not itself create an employment contract or verify someone’s work history.

Optional credits and fair use

Saving a separate private work-history record is optional and is governed by your own credits choice. A producer cannot give that consent for the whole crew. No public directory or public profile is enabled by this agreement. Do not use the service to harass people, discriminate, create blacklists, scrape private contacts, evade access controls or distribute other people’s information without authority.

Prototype limitations

Features may change and the prototype may be unavailable or contain errors. Keep suitable independent copies of important production documents. There are no subscription tiers or charges implemented in this prototype. Any future paid plan will be presented separately before a charge is authorized. Nothing here excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Leaving, disputes and contact

You can sign out, ask a project owner to remove access, withdraw optional credits consent or request account deletion in Account settings. Some shared or legally required records may need to be retained as explained in the Privacy Notice. We may restrict abusive or unauthorized use. For support, privacy concerns or a dispute, contact wrapoutinfo@gmail.com. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive non-waivable legal rights.
